Day Four/ 0km
Its time to put on our hiking shoes on, Day four sees us taking a break from the bikes and spending a relaxed day hiking Carnarvon Gorge.
Spectacular Carnarvon Gorge lies hidden in the rugged ranges of Queensland central highlands. Over millions of years, running water has carved a gorge system through soft sandstone-creating majestic cliffs which change colours with the movement of the sun all year, giving life to a luxuriant growth of ferns, palms and tress.
We might catch a glimpse of Platypus and other creek life.
